On Running
I learned to run from a track inspector in Mississippi. He said he told his guys to walk the super elevation of the rail with their arms extended. When you walk the rail like an airplane on a balance beam you feel your arms change their position in parallel motion with the rail superelevation. You come to understand the space on which you step within your own self.
